Have an error when trying to redeem a voucher, but cannot call or get an answer. Unless I get an answer soon I need my money back

It is dreadful that the recipient has to book within 30 days of order
This would have been 2,days after birthday
Impossible in that time frame if its valid a year the booking should be within 10 months

You cant speak to anyone, customer service is an online robot, they can’t facilitate answers to non standard problems. Hugely frustrating.

Eventually a person took over robot into the online chat after numerous failed answers via the robot chat they was able to make amendments to an inaccurate address but couldnt email confirmation of changes and told me to screen shot the chat as evidence. When I requested a telephone number incase the packages were sent to wrong address they said there is no telephone number.

My daughter gave me a voucher for a spa day.

I tried to book it on line but couldn't get any further than choosing the venue.
I rang red letter and there was no one to help me
My daughter also tried on her computer with no joy.
Rang red letter again and tried corporate who apologised and said she would give me the email address.
The number for bannatyne peterborough is unavailable.
How can we book
We will not buy a red letter day again.

After receiving this gift we had problems finding a suitable accommodation on the dates required and an even bigger problem trying to book it. We have also tried on numerous occasions to find a way of contacting customer service .
